Partnerships with boundaries
Sponsor support can fund food, materials, and special programming while CPF retains control of curriculum, product discussions, and student trust.
Why support CPF
Students attend because meetings help them act on decisions they have delayed. That makes the environment valuable, but also worth protecting.
Sponsors are most useful when they remove practical barriers: feeding a room of students, underwriting workshop materials, supplying technology, or helping a special event happen.

Flexible starting points
Final amounts and benefits can be shaped around the support offered and applicable Cal Poly and ASI processes.
Provide food for approximately 30 students at a regular hands-on meeting.
Help cover recurring food, materials, and operating needs across multiple workshops.
Support a speaker, workshop series, technology need, resource, or educational competition designed around sound long-term behavior.
Partnership principles
Would the support still be good for students if the sponsor’s logo were removed? If the answer is no, the structure needs work.
Good-fit partners
Restaurants and local businesses can help make weekly meetings easier to attend. Accounting firms, employers, financial technology companies, advisers, banks, or credit unions may also fit when their practices and proposed involvement align with the club’s standards.
Not automatic
A company touching personal finance is evaluated for product quality, incentives, people, culture, and whether the arrangement could be mistaken for an endorsement.
Start with a note
The club targets a response within 12 hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends.
